Analysis On The Cost And Benefit Of Commercial Bank 's Internet Banking

This article analyzes the effect of commercial banks online banking on the financial indicators of commercial banks such as production, profit, income and cost through the business of commercial banks, while dividing online banking investment into software and hardware IT investment. Empirical analysis of the banks costs and benefits is discussed about the software and hardware IT investment of online banking to some financial index such as capital, profit ratio, income through the financial indicators data of19commercial banks in China over the past decade.
