XY company is in Shanghai where is the financial and economic center of China mainland, facing the fierce market competition and more complicated market environment,She has to improve own competitiveness constantly.Chinese economy is booming furtherly in 2009,In IT industry, the annual growth rate is more than 30%, while the XY company's staff turnove rate is nearly 25%, Nevertheless, staff turnover rate was only 15% in 2008,. Although we increased the wage widly comparing with 2008 and 2009, employees complained more than befoe privately. Corporate management has been aware of this adverse events have affected the development of the enterprise operation and management, I hope that through this research to analysis the reason of this phenomenon and draw valuable solutions.This thesis refes to human resources-related books and data, as well as considering the current situation of XY Company and the needs of reserch for this paper,the investigation questionnaire of pay and job satisfaction was designed and the true name was used,also, it was distributed to all employees. The questionnaire is open, so the different levels of employees could do the same problems of statistical analysis, Through data analysis, screening the answer differs. The job satisfaction research questionnaire using Likert Type attitude scale and five-point scoring method.It can be seen by studying the pay and job satisfaction,although there is a certain relationship, there are other factors impacting the job satisfaction, such as the development prospects of employees in the enterprise, working environment, ownership, staff levels and so on..In short, the higher the pay satisfaction, the higer overall satisfaction with the organization and to trust management, employees are able to feel strongly that management regard them as important part of the company.
