The extensive application of e-commerce brings the changes not only in the commercial trade situation, but in the market competition revolution. The e-commerce with the across space and time and high interaction features gradually occupy the leading position, and part directly involved in the production, distribution and other sectors. The personalized requirements of consumers become a force to be reckoned with for the development of e-commerce business. Facing the market environment in which the global competition is increasing, the enterprises can only improve their knowledge management level to rapid capture and efficient response the personalized requirements of consumers. This article will introduce electronic business enterprises knowledge management, try to build the knowledge management system of e-commerce which is based on the business process by the integrated modeling of process in business and knowledge, realize the dynamic support and service for the business process, and improve the innovation and response ability of knowledge in e-commerce enterprises. The main content of specific chapters is as follows:The first part:Through the research and review of knowledge management and e-commerce in home and abroad, it presents the purpose of this study, content and technical route.The second part:Basing on the introduction in the knowledge management and e-commerce concept and main theory, this paper discusses the relationship between knowledge management and e-commerce, put forward e-commerce to build the foundation of knowledge, information flow and organization structure for knowledge management and the thesis that knowledge management constructs the sustainable competitive advantage for e-commerce. It also compares and analyzes the knowledge management and e-commerce popular model, proposes the individual-centered organization, knowledge and business three-dimensional model and the knowledge and business system model of business process which is based on the former.The third part:On the foundation of business process reengineering oriented the knowledge process, the function and structure design for knowledge business system and the frame model of knowledge business system is proposed. The system's main model and the key database are designed and built.The fourth part:the implementation of knowledge business system and the critical success factors are simply expounded, describing the implementation process of the system with the case of company K.The fifth part:the paper is summarized, and the future research direction is briefly expected.
