| With China's continuous progress of medical insurance reform, more and more social groups have been included in the basic medical insurance system.The exploration and reform,which for farmers,migrant workers and other special groups, has achieved some success. After four years of exploring, the much-anticipated new medical reform program introduced in early 2009.In this program,all the college students are included in the scope of the basic medical insurance. It means that the public health services over half a century for university students facing the end,and also means that Student health insurance contains only social health insurance and commercial health insurance.This paper,on the basis of Drawing on the theory and practical experience at home and abroad,has taken a case study approach. I selected Nanning,the capital of Guangxi Zhuang Autonomous Region as research city.and conducted questionnaire surveys and interviews in five college. Questionnaires and interviews was about the willingness to participate in health insurance. These colleges include the Guangxi University, Guangxi University for Nationalities, Guangxi Medical College, Guangxi University, Xingjian Arts and Sciences, Guangxi College of Education. I tried to find the relevant factors,which affect their behavior and will. This paper argues that,in order to increase their insurance will,we should pay attention to three aspects: mandatory and voluntary, supporting institutional environment, the relevant body interaction.And some improvements must be in the government, schools, markets and students. |
