Study On Sustainable Development Of Leading Enterprises In HeiLongjiang Reclamation Area

As of technological progress has been accelerated and the trend of globalisation competition,the survival and development of enterprises are more serious than ever before.Many enterprises failed after rapid development ,this phenomenon has caused a lot of people's attentions.In recent years,leading enterprises in Hei Longjiang reclamation areas develop well,there are seventy-nine leading enterprises which are large-scale,and eighteen leading enterprises have reached provincial standard.In them ,eighteen enterprises have been evalued as the national leading enterprises. With resource advantages of Hei Longjiang reclamation area and continuously reform themselves ,these leading enterprises have occupied an important place in the market and made tremendous contributions in agricultural industrialization. But inevitably there are a lot of questions in them,which have limited enterprises'sustainable development,and what's more some enterprises are eliminated in the heat of the market competition,so enterprises sustainable development issue in Hei Longjiang reclamation area has become an important research topic .This paper ,which put the theories of enterprises'sustainable development as guidance, combining actual situation of these enterprises in Hei Longjiang reclamation area,adopt qualitative and quantitative analysis methods to research the issue of leading enterprises'sustainable develpment in Hei Longjiang reclamation area. First, in the framework of enterprises'sustainable development,it detail in-depth analysis of the enterprise from four aspects that are opportunities and challenges, superiorities and inferiorities ;Second,building an index system for these enterprises in Hei Longjiang reclamation .and then with nine enterprises as sample,use the mothod of Projection Pursuit to evaluate them. Finally, based on the suituation analysis and evaluated results, this paper put some proposal for these leading enterprises in Hei Longjiang reclamation area to be able to help them achieve further development and improvement.
