Resource-saving And Environment-friendly Enterprises To Build The Level Of Evaluation Research

As the problem between resource and environment becomes increasingly serious, how to coordinate the relationship among society, economy and environment, and achieve sustainable development has been the focus of public attention. Specially, industrial enterprises in our country are suffering severe resource shortage, inefficiency and environmental pollution. Government has recently carried out construction of two-oriented society in which two-oriented enterprises are the main bodies conducting resources saving and environment protecting. Since the construction of two-oriented enterprises is closely linked with the development of two-oriented society, it is definitely urgent to construct an index system for two-oriented enterprises to evaluate and predict their situation, spot their problems and correct their developing direction.This paper firstly makes an analysis of present researches on two-oriented enterprises. It then gives a detailed description of typical theories about constructing two-oriented enterprises. Following that, the definition and basic characters of two-oriented enterprises are depicted. And an evaluation system for two-oriented enterprises including indices about economic benefit, resource saving, environment friendly, technical innovation and social benefit is built.Based on the evaluation index system, a projection pursuit based evaluation method is creatively proposed. Meanwhile, an empirical study about Long Lake Line manufacturing enterprises is conducted with this method. Subsequently, empirical results are compared with the results from factor analysis evaluation to test the validity and feasibility of this method. Finally, some suggestions from the angle of enterprise and government are given for the enhancement of the construction of two-oriented enterprises.
