| With the development of the world economic, Hi-Tech industries become more and more important to the domestic economic. Being a new type of investment and financing, VC(the venture capital) was approved to play an improving role in the growth of Hi-tech industries. There exists a lot of areas that spend time in a great quantity on importing and breeding VC, but the result can not be satisfied. From the history of domestic and overseas cities where VC develops well, the venture capitalists would like to invest on areas where Hi-tech industries assemble. Which makes scholars at home and abroad focus their studies on the gathered phenomenon of VC, with more less research on the interaction between VC and Hi-tech industry. In fact, there display obvious symbiotic relationship between VC and Hi-tech industry, but few study referred. Therefore, it's essential to research interaction between VC and Hi-tech industry at the point of cluster symbiosis.This thesis is written to find the dynamic system of VC and Hi-tech industry cluster symbiosis. From the fund demanding perspective, the author studies cluster symbiosis relationship between VC and Hi-tech industry on the money flows among Hi-tech industry, VC, governments and other related parts. The author use system dynamics to build models of dynamic system of VC cluster symbiosis, and makes empirical analysis of the system. The 1st chapter is introduction, telling the research purpose and meaning, relative research, the content and method of study. This chapter describes the situation of VC cluster symbiosis at home and abroad, and list the shortcomings and blind spots of present study. The 2nd chapter is the theory basis of VC cluster symbiosis, including definition of basic concepts and analysis & summary of cluster symbiosis theory, cluster dynamic theory, system dynamic theory,etc. The 3rd chapter is the structuring of dynamic system of VC cluster symbiosis, ensure basic system factors and system structure with analysing the clustering and symbiosis driving force of VC. The 4th chapter builds the SD model of the dynamic system of VC cluster symbiosis, analyses the formative mechanism of the system and make the flow graph of the SD model. The 5th chapter is the empirical analysis of the dynamic system of VC cluster symbiosis, based on the VC histories of USA and domestic cities of Beijing, Shanghai and Shenzhen, the author improve the dynamic system of VC cluster symbiosis of such areas, and run the SD models of them, then make comparative analysis of those results. The 6th chapter is suggestions on how to perfect the dynamic system of VC cluster symbiosis of China, on account of government, VC and Hi-tech industry. The last chapter brings the sum-up and prospects about the essay, expounding the conclusions.This thesis contains three innovation points:1.building the dynamic system of VC cluster symbiosis, determining main dynamic elements, system structure and dynamic mechanism;2.combining industrial cluster with symbiosis, bringing concept of "cluster symbiotic degree" to evaluate cluster symbiosis state of dynamic system more comprehensive;3.establishing SD model of the dynamic system of VC cluster symbiosis.The thesis is an achievement subtopic of "Research on VC cluster mechanism based on symbiosis theory "(Grant No.:09JA790161)... |
