Under competitive market, technology innovation risks have increased. It's difficult for one enterprise to complete a technological innovation project. More and more companies depend on their network which is composed of correlative enterprises or individuals in order to strength their competitiveness. Therefore, the enterprises pay more attention to stability and development of the whole network besides developing their own core competence. The theory of ecology, economics, management science, fuzzy math and some other theories are involved in this dissertation in researching deeply enterprise the meaning and characteristics, the structure and function, risks and their mechanisms, and risk assessment model of enterprise technological innovation ecosystem.The main task of this dissertation can be illuminated as follows:Firstly, the notion of enterprise technology ecosystem is defined by using ecological metaphor, its ecological properties and structural elements are systemically analyzed. From the perspective of technology innovation, the paper analyzes the characteristic of wisdom, expansibility, sustainable growth which are different from natural ecosystem.Secondly, through reviewing relative literatures, this article generalizes that the main sources of enterprise technological innovation ecosystem risk include moral hazard, assets lapsed risk, locked risk, integration risk, interdependence risk and external environmental risk. Locked risk, integration risk and interdependence risk are analyzed respectively by using theory of ecological niche, adaptation relativity and mutualism.Finally, based on the index system which is gotten in form of visiting experts, the risk assessment model of enterprise technological innovation ecosystem is constructed. This article chooses fuzzy comprehensive Evaluation as the risk assessment according to the feature of risk index. It takes electronic communication firm in Cha Yuan District of Chongqing as an instance to analyze the effectiveness of the model. The result shows that main risks to the ecosystem are locked risk and independent risk. Combining the research of theory and empirical, this dissertation makes targeted measures and suggestions for preventing the risk of enterprise technological innovation ecosystem.
