And in this paper, we study the independent research and development of technological upgrading projects using naphtha thermal deoxidization process, belong to the new technology, new technology, unprecedented, also do not have any reference for the risk factors, so the study of the project risk control is particularly important. Based on historical data and related data, the use of brainstorming technical experts to access research field investigation is given priority to, with a gleam of practical application personnel on continuous reforming unit deoxidization process of transformation, which can identify and use the risk matrix method, respectively, the risk consequences, probability of occurrence is divided into six grades, in risk level as the horizontal axis, risk probability as a longitudinal axis to establish two-dimensional coordinate, considering determine the risk level. To extract a number of technical backbone, respectively for each risk factors of risk consequences and probability according to the grades of the above analysis, evaluation, the results averaged them fill in the matrix form, and then determined by coordinate each risk factor levels. Finally based on identification of risk and risk grade assessment, suit the remedy to the case, formulate measures.
