Research On Contracts Coordination Of The Closed-loop Supply Chain With Recycling And Remanufacturing

Along with the entire social environmental protection consciousness enhanced day by day and sustainable development gradually thorough. The manufacturing enterprises have a growing respect for remanufacturing their end-of-life (EOL) products. More and more manufacturing enterprises accept returned goods and implement recycling under extended producer responsibility. The reason for this lies not only in the national environmental protection laws and government policies, but also in the fact that more and more manufacturers have found it could help them gain reputation, decrease cost and increase profit. However, supply chain members have different strategic goals, and there is the moral hazard and interest conflict in closed-loop supply chain(CLSC), which may lead to unbalance of system.Based above-mentioned problem, this paper designs and optimizes the issues of coordination mechanisms based on no differentiation and vertical differentiation of CLSC, by combined dominant role of quantitative analysis and the subsidiary role of qualitative analysis with game theory as tools. First chapter one and two put forward the conception of reverse logistics, reverse supply chain and CLSC, detailed analysis the key links and characteristics of CLSC, the reason of CLSC imbalance, CLSC coordination mechanisms. Second, the chapter three builds contract coordinating model of CLSC that is composed of two rival dealers, one third party recycling enterprise (3PL) and one manufacture/remanufacture, analyses the model by game theory, designs effective contract and obtains some conclusions. Then chapter four builds contract coordinating model of CLSC that is composed of one dealer, one 3PL and one manufacture/remanufacture under uncertain demand. By designing effective contract, some conclusions are obtained. And the conclusions are further verified numerically.
