The Competitiveness Evaluation And Investigation Of Chinese Private Enterprises

Along with the development of reform and open-up, private economy is becoming an important part of socialism market economy. The private enterprises which are dominant of private economy play an important role in increasing jobs, motivating international trade and accelerating society. However, the authority of the national development and reform commission show that Chinese private enterprises'average lifetime is 2.9 years. It mainly is not strong as a result of our private enterprise's competitive power. So far, there is not a scientific solution to define enterprise competency and use quantified model to evaluation.In the face of difficult challenges, how to create a breakthrough in business growth, maintain and develop the environment and match the dynamic competitiveness and sustainable growth is a very important practical significance of the issue. This paper is trying to discuss aforementioned problems as following.First of all, through the literature review discuss the competitiveness of enterprises at home and abroad about the theory and evaluation research, and on this basis, analyze the competitiveness of enterprises.Second, build a competitive evaluation index system of private enterprise. The system includes Input factors of production, enterprise level of output, state of enterprise financial benefits, operating performance of business assets, enterprise debt levels and solvency, potential of enterprise development, indicators of international competitiveness of enterprises, enterprise services capabilities. Using AHP to determine each weight of indicators and using Integrated index model to analyze part of private enterprise.Finally, provide measures of developing the private enterprise' competitive power.The paper builds a competitive evaluation index system of private enterprise and analyzes partial private enterprise with empirical research. It has some theoretical and practical significance to our private economy.
