| Installation planning programming is one of the core technology, and logistics installation planning also plays an important role in logistics system, it is the material tunnel of logistic produce and current, as well as the preconditions of making enterprise strategy. Installation planning programming of production-manufacturing is a method of layout design which have strong logic and clever orderliness, it is divided into four steps, including confirm location, total compartment, detailed arrangement and install. With the continuous development of the method and technology of factory arrangement, there is a design theory, which is fit for the arrangement or adjustment of installation and equipment of all kinds of scale and type factory, during its new construction, extension or reconstruction, so is the arrangement design of office, lab, storage. This theory is being researched by designers all the time.This paper starts from analysis of the internal logistics quantity of mechanical manufacturing enterprise, exert statistics, operational research basic theory, and some tools such as systematic engineering method, logistics installation relative correlogram and human factor engineering to analysis the case to find some deficiencies, improve on the basis of practical situation, meanwhile assess and design the better program, and the design of improving process to make the improved situation standardization, and then enlarge the improved achievement accumulation, increase the enterprise's operate efficiency, lower the cost, excavate inherent profits of enterprise, and enhance enterprise's comprehensive ability.Because of these purpose, this paper proceeds according to a logistic mentality of " raise the problem---analyse the problem---solve the problem ---demonstration", based on a research principle of "wholely analyse and give prominence to the key points", combine practical research, make use of picture analysing, analyse production status and intallation planning status of enterprise, productive characteristics, utilize the statistic method of logistics quantity to analyse production planning, and carry research on some relative document of logistics installation planning. Next is bases on the point of systemic constellation, combine the practical situation with exsiting waste to have a integration, use 5W1H to find the problem, use ECRS principle to solve the problem, and find the improved solution. Then, evaluate and analyse the better solution to find the best one, and devise improving process to standardize the achievement. Finally, come to conclusion according to the improved achievement which predicted by improved situation. At last, through an example of enterprise F proves feasibility of analyse steps and prioritization methods above. |
