Research On The Technology Innovation System Of Equipment Manufacturing Industry

The equipment manufacturing industry plays a strategic role in national economic development. Firstly, this paper analyzes the former research on the innovation system and compares the technology innovation system of Sino-US equipment manufacturing industry. Then introducing the technology innovation system into the equipment manufacturing industry, with the characteristic of the long industrial chain, high association and asset-specific, it constructs the "double cone" technology innovation system model of equipment manufacturing industry from the vertical industrial chains and horizontal relationship layers.Besides government, industry, academia and research institutes, the main bodies of the innovation system includes competitive/complementary enterprises, and upstream and downstream enterprises. This paper treats the relationship between vertical industrial chains and horizontal layers closely as a whole, analyzes the composition, structure and mechanism of the system. It selects the related evaluation indexes of innovation capability of technology innovation system, using the subjective weighting fuzzy scaling, objective weighting and comprehensive to measure the entropy weights, so as to measure the integrated innovation capability of the innovation system comprehensively.At last, the paper analyzes the provinces of Liaoning, Jilin and Heilongjiang, which are the delegates of equipment manufacturing industry. It gives advices to improve the innovation capability of the technology innovation system of equipment manufacturing industry from the vertical industrial chains and horizontal relationship layers.The innovational point of this paper is that it builds the "double cone" model from the vertical industrial chains and horizontal relationship layers, then builds the corresponding index system to examine the technology innovation capability of the equipment manufacturing industry. The paper suggests the follow-up research to focus on the specific roles and impacts of the main bodies of technology innovation system, to complete the technology innovation systems of the equipment manufacturing industry.
