With the constant improvement of the airport layout in china, the construction and development of regional airport become an important part of air transportation development. The study on newly regional airport navigation feasibility effectively avoid blind investment construction, this paper give a demonstration method from the perspective of air passenger volume.Firstly, this paper analyzed the current situation of regional airports in China, described the distribution of regional airports nationwide and pointed out the current main problems of regional airports. Secondly, this paper analyzed the impact factors of air passenger volume, on the basis of qualitative analysis, the grey correlation analysis was used to sort the order of importance of each factor. Thirdly, five kinds of new airport passenger volume prediction method were introduced, we choose to focus on clustering analysis aviation share rate model. In selecting clustering sample, considering the geographical distribution characteristics of regional air passenger volume, regional airport in the area at the same level as the new regional airport should be selected. Finally, we defined the regional airport passenger volume in navigation year from the total. Using clustering analysis to analyze the navigable airport, adopting discriminant method to distinguish which kind of navigable airport the new regional is. Through an analysis of navigation route network mode, suggest new regional airports choose FuSheShi route network of central.Using the method presented in this paper, demonstrated the navigation feasibility of new regional airport in shizuishan. The method can also be the reference for other district in constructing new regional airport.
