Research On Integrated Optimization Of Railway Freight Transport Resource

Railway freight transport resources refers to the related service equipment and facilities which form and ensure the transportation capacity of goods, including lines, station, freight yard equipment, conveyance, information, human, etc. To improve the efficiency of railway freight transportation, exert the biggest benefit of railway investment funds, it is necessary to integrate rail freight transport resources to achieve the optimal allocation of resources.This paper mainly studies the content: firstly, introducing the connotation of resource integration, elements of railway cargo transportation resources, analysing the basic elements and principles of rail freight transport resources integration, then determining the core line of resources integration, it is to make all kinds of goods transport resources coordination starting from freight station integration. Secondly, analysis of railway freight station resources integrating in research methods, establishing fuzzy clustering analysis model based on freight station integrating. Especially considering selected traditional index is often static, thus introducing station growth rate index that dynamicly reflects the development trend of railway freight station. Thirdly, based on the integration of freight station, establish optimization model for the distribution of railway area freight service center resources, and design the hybrid genetic algorithm for the model, to "focus on the admissibility and optimize loading." Fourthly, using the above methods, thesis analyzes the instance of the railway freight transport resources integration in the Hohhot Railway Bureau. Through the analysis of the present situation, concrete integration plans of freight resource are given.
