Confronted an increasingly competitive in international and domestic markets, it is particularly important to improve the competitiveness of Zhoushan Shipbuilding Industry Cluster.Based on the theory of the relationship between industrial clusters and the competitiveness, and the involved research findings, taking enhancement the competitiveness of industrial clusters of Zhoushan Ship as a starting point, this thesis analysis the characteristics of the development of Shipbuilding Industry clusters, and points out the factors of competitive industrial clusters.
