Research On Influencing Factors Of Enterprises Cluster's Knowledge Sharing Process

In the era of knowledge economy, the development of enterprises cluster has played tremendous role on promoting regional economic development. The knowledge management of enterprises cluster promotes the development of enterprises cluster as an important role.In order to increase the development of enterprises cluster and the competitiveness of enterprises, enterprises cluster should accelerate the process of the knowledge sharing.In the foundation of the process analysis of knowledge sharing, the paper analyses the influence factors.Based on the model of Szulanski and Myrna Gilbert's Knowledge sharing process model, the process of knowledge sharing is divided into three stages, knowledge recognition phase, the implementation phase and integration phase. The paper analyzed the process of knowledge sharing and the factors that influenced knowledge sharing. Influencing factors of each phase were screened out. Some variables were selected to measure the effects of knowledge sharing. Influencing factors model of knowledge sharing has been constructed.The paper study the influencing factors of knowledge sharing with factor analysis.The data was analyzed using SPSS 17.0. I will use the enterprises cluster of Tianjin binhai New Area as a objective of case study, combing with questionnaires as an methodology to proof my primary research.Then do Further relevant analysis, carry out the analysis of relativity.Through regression analysis, finds out a causal relationship. Finally draw a conclusion:Knowledge features on the knowledge sharing has a negative influence on the of effect knowledge sharing; knowledge-sharing willingness has a positive influence on the effect of knowledge sharing; the characteristics of knowledge sharing differences has a negative influence effect; Cluster culture has a positive influence on the effect of knowledge sharing; Knowledge management ability has a positive effect on the effect of knowledge sharing, knowledge learning ability of has a positive effect on the effect of knowledge sharing.At last, for the existing problems, some countermeasures are presented so as to shed some light on the enterprises cluster's development and improve the effect of knowledge sharing.
