With the development of the world economic globalization,the operating risk has been increasing constantly. Operating costs of the traditional mode of economic management has become difficult to adapt to the rapid developing market. The phenomenon is more obvious in the process of marketing cost management. Nowadays, there is no systemic marketing cost management system in most enterprises and it's difficult for the traditional marketing cost budgeting and analyzing method to offer full and correct information which enterprises needed. In this view, under the Marketing mix strategy, with the goal of customer satisfaction, the study mostly base on the analysis of marketing cost management and on the theory and case study, which can help enterprises to manage the marking cost effectively.This article attempts to redefine the scope of marketing costs. With the goal of customer satisfaction, it puts forward to the key of marketing costs and establishes marketing costs control system. After collecting, reading and analyzing the large number of documents, this study adapt to the way of practice, investigation, case analysis, combining quantitative and qualitative analysis, to establish marketing cost control system based on the marketing mix strategy. The following studies have mainly been conducted in the article. Firstly, analyze the problem of the marketing cost management and lead to the study of this thesis. Secondly, view at how to solve the problems that on the base of the Marketing mix strategy to make out the methods to the problems. The article is also use the case study to seek the evaluation mechanisms of the problem. At last, it also hopes the article which has mentioned could be helping solve the realistic issues which the enterprise exists.
