The Model Of Inter-National Income Flow In China

Currently, the domestic literature dealing with the pattern of inter-national income distribution mainly concentrated on the descriptive analysis which showed the dynamic change and its problems in all sectors. However, the important point is that few scholars can analyze the mobility and relationship of inter-national income distribution in a systematic and comprehensive way. In this paper, we use the "sector income" and "income sector" data based on the funds flow statement in the Statistical Yearbook to compile the interdepartmental income flow tables from 2008 and 2009. It is aim to reveal the trends among sectors, establish the national income flow model, and then use the model to analyze and evaluate the national income distribution. At last according to the study, some reasonable policies for regulating the pattern of inter-national income distribution can be proposed.First of all, we reckoned the income flow transfer matrix through the use of income or expenditure transfer method, and then compiled the interdepartmental income flow tables from 2008 which provided the basis for the analysis of the the national income flows between departments. Besides, we measured the interdepartmental income flow table of 2009 through the method named General RAS hysteretic, and tested the accuracy of the result.Secondly, we made use of the interdepartmantal income flow table which we have compiled to anayze the trends of the income flow`s movement among sections, summarized the characteristics and problems about the inter-sectoral income flow. Based on the models which we have structed, we can analyze the characteristics of national income distribution and it is a major innovation of this article. At last wu provided some proposals according to the problems we have discovered.
