The Design And Analysis Of National Income Flow Table In China

Currently, extensive literature dealing with the pattern of subject income distribution mainly concentrated on analyzing the trends of national income distribution among institutional sections and evaluating the rationality of the trends, etc. However, few scholars pay attention to how does the pattern of subject-income-distribution come into being and how does the income flow move among the sections. So it is difficult to find the root causes of the trends of subject income distribution pattern, furthermore it is hard to put forward some reasonable proposals. In view of these facts, this paper is aim to show the income flow's movement among sections and the trends of the movement in recent years, and then according to the study some reasonable advices for regulating the pattern of subject income distribution can be given.First, in order to gain the tool for analyzing the income flow's movement among sections, we used income flow transfer matrix to compile the interdepartmental income flow table of 2000 and 2003. Besides, in the purpose of solving the lag of the data, we designed a method named General RAS hysteretic to measure the interdepartmental income flow table of 2005, and tested the accuracy of the result by both direct and indirect ways.Second, we made use of the interdepartmental income flow table which we have compiled or measured to analyze the trends of the income flow's movement among sections in recent years, including total amount, speed and structure, thus we can find the good and bad trends, at last we provided some proposals according to the problems we have discovered.
