Company S is a group company,there are internal business within several subsidiary companies,general corporate quality management system could not adapt its business model. In this study, we found that there have been a good foundation of quality management,however there are many unclear responsibilities in the entire supply chain,for instance, duplication and unreasonable conditions or configuration,which wasted the company's resources, or,investment could not delivery the expected result. For example:cross quality control,there are duplication inspection and buck-passing due to unclear responsibilitiessupplier quality management level can not be improved for long time, quality level of raw material incoming check can not be improved though lot of human resource invested. In addition to a comprehensive set of control system,the company also offers componenets of elevator, the company sometimes specially designed products for different customers. Such business model brings difficulty to the production and quality management.Through the analysis of quality management of S company and from the supply chain perspective, This article tends to address a supply chain optimization solutions base on integration of resources, reasonable processes of quality management, hereby to reduce the company's quality Management cost, improved quality management level, and direct quality management to lean. In addition, these problems are commen in China. Research and resolution will not only important for further development of S company, but also to provide new ideas to the supply chain and quality management of similar enterprises.
