Selecting a representative synthetic rubber product in the styrene-butadiene-styrene copolymer (SBS) as the object of study, this article mainly utilizes the theory of marketing, through the way of consulting materials, correcting the data and making inquiries with consumers etc, knows the detail conditions of the SBS market, analyses every aspect of influencing SBS market, from some aspects of product,price,place,promotion and customer service etc, provides reference in working out marketing strategy.This article tries to analyze the internal and external marketing environment to the Sinopec Chemical Sales Branch of South China (the Branch), and also analyses the strengths and weaknesses of the Branch, opportunities and threats faced by using the SWOT analysis method。On the basis above, this article has practical significance of SBS manage in the Branch through drafting marketing strategy tallied with actual situation with using modern manage idea and concept and combining with studying its domestic situation and development trend of SBS.
