The Research On Project Risk Sharing Theory Apply To Cooperation Innovation Risk Management

Cooperation Innovation is a joint innovation behavior among enterprises or enterprise, research institution and college. Cooperation Innovation usually bases on partners common interests, considers resource sharing or complementary advantages as the premise, have clear cooperation rules, cooperation terms and cooperation objectives, cooperation parties in the cooperation innovation whole process or some link invest together, joint together, share achievements and risks. Cooperation Innovation not only helps shorten the time, enhance innovation competitive position, but also makes more enterprises to participate in sharing innovation cost and scattered innovation risk. Cooperation Innovation is considered as important ways for enterprise to obtain technology innovation ability, has been widely adopted. But Cooperation Innovation in Chinese development still not mature, in the Cooperation Innovation risk management reality process, there are many problems, such as risk sharing object understand inadequate, risk sharing subject unknown, risk sharing unreasonable ,risk sharing not have abide and so on .This paper puts forward idea the project risk sharing theory applied to Cooperation Innovation risk management , analyzed the problems appeared to cooperation innovation risk sharing , discussed the subject, object and methods of cooperation innovation risk sharing, formulated cooperation innovation risk sharing mechanism and scheme, this can provide valuable reference and a basis to cooperation innovation healthy development, so this thesis has strong practical significance.This thesis is on the basis of the literature review of project risk sharing theory and Cooperation Innovation risk management, analyzed the problems in cooperation innovation risk management, starting with project risk sharing theory, with the content of the project risk sharing for the framework, studied subject, object and method of cooperative innovation risk sharing, the main contents include: defined subject of cooperative innovation risk sharing through analyzing powers and responsibilities of cooperation parties; defined object of cooperative innovation risk sharing; defined optimal risk-sharing principle by game analysis, construct model of cooperative innovation risk sharing using FAHP, and use the Hungarian method to solve the model, defined optimal stakeholders for all types of risks. And then to build cooperative innovation risk sharing mechanism and design scheme referencing the project risk sharing mechanism and scheme. Finally, introduce underwater exploration robot dam project case study, confirmed feasibility that project risk sharing theory applied to Cooperation Innovation risk management.
