Research On The Rules And Regulations On Property Management Service Fees Of Guangdong Province

Guangdong Province has first witnessed the development of modern property management service industry in China. Nowadays property management service thrives all over Guangdong and takes lead in many perspectives around China. However, there are also subsequent conflicts that long exist between property owners and management service providers, among which property management fee stands as the most distinct one. Therefore, it is of utmost significance to study rules and regulations on property management service fees, so as to standardize relevant administrations and thereby obtain a sustainable and healthy development of the industry.The present paper begins with a thorough analysis on the background and current situation of rules and regulations on property management service fees in Guangdong Province, and points out that current legitimate system on property management fees is puzzled by many problems such as lagging of legislation, the deformity of market mechanism, and various bugs in the administration system, etc. By citing successful cases of Hong Kong and Singapore, this paper explores theoretical approaches to solve legitimate issues on property management fees, and provides pragmatic suggestions to reform current rules and regulations on property management service fees in Guangdong Province.
