| Interpersonal citizenship behavior (ICB) is one form of organizational citizenship behavior, which can improve the work performance of other employees and ultimately contribute to group and organizational functioning. This dissertation aims to study the influencing factors of family enterprise employees, providing theoretical basis for managing interpersonal citizenship behaviors in family enterprises and in other types of businesses.Through the investigation with the workers from family enterprises in Guangdong province, the influencing factor structure of family enterprise employees'ICB has been studied, such research methods as reference analysis, interviewing and questionnaires, and such data analysis methods of exploratory factor analysis (EFA) and confirmentary factor analysis (CFA) were used. The conclusions were dawn as follows:1. The influencing factor structure of family enterprise employees'ICB is composed of seven dimensions:job satisfaction; leader's encouragement; motive; collectivism; helpful consciousness; positive work emotion; and network centrality. Confirmatory factor analysis shows that it is seven-dimension structure which is best in all of the impact factor structures, and its reliability and validity are good.2. There are no significant differences in the influencing factor structure of family enterprise employees'ICB when the employees'sexes are different. Significant differences in the influencing factor structure of family enterprise employees'ICB were found when employees were of different age, different educational level, different hierarchical level, different organizational tenure.The conclusions were discussed and six suggestions were put forward in the end of the dissertation. |
