This research uses the empirical study method to discuss the status and the influencing factors of passenger satisfaction of the integration of urban-rural public transportation. According to these conclusions, this research proposes some well targeted countermeasures and advices to promote and optimize the integration of urban-rural public transportation.This research develops according to the following thoughts and logic system:(1) First of all, expound theories of the urban-rural integration, service quality and customer satisfaction systematically. Then summarize the previous results of influencing factors of public transportation. Finally, we propose to use the method of satisfaction to test the quality of the integration of urban-rural public transportation.(2) Based on a lot of literature both abroad and domestic and current reality of investigation district, the study compiles the passenger satisfaction questionnaire for the integration of urban-rural public transportation and analyses the data with the help of the SPSS.(3) Through analyzing the questionnaire data, the following conclusions can be reached: firstly, we get four dimensions related with the passenger satisfaction by EFA,these dimensions are satisfaction of standardization service, of operation order, of environment and facilities, of economy, and the reliability and validity were high enough; secondly, the level of the satisfaction is low and through the regression analysis, we find that satisfaction of operation order, of economy and of standardization service have a positive influence on total satisfaction; thirdly, there are significant differences on the passenger satisfaction and importance of the integration of urban-rural public transportation among sex, age, educational backgrounds, job and income through one-way ANOVA; fourthly, compared the conclusions with researches based on urban public transportation, we find some similarities and dissimilarities.(4)According to the study results and current reality of investigation district, I give some suggestions to improve the service quality of the integration of urban-rural public transportation and summarize the limitations of the study.
