| Accounting receivable has always been a management challenge for enterprises, which directly relates to the capital chain and even the basis of enterprises. When examining the status of accounting receivable management, the following situations are easily been found:ineffective management aroused by insufficient internal and external synergy without intelligent synergy, which also causes the evasion of responsibilities between the sales department and finance department, account current in disorder, redundant accounting checking process, serial lasso on supply chain accounting receivable, great threat from capital chain breaking, weak capital collection force, incapability of forecasting and overall controlling and so on. Most enterprises have implied the information system to manage the accounting receivable, but the traditional ERP cannot solve these problems.Based on the Concept of Collaborative Commerce, the synergy management elements are analyzed with synergy theory and isomorphism/homomorphism theory when associated with the developing pattern of enterprises. Collaborative management control points are obtained then, including both internal and external points. All the points are integrated in it, and a collaborative management model of accounting receivable is set up based on ERPâ…¡theory. However, this model cannot perform the strengths of ERPâ…¡, and also is not a solution to the problem of intelligent synergy. It introduce Decision Tree C4.5 to classify the invoices and predict the now invoice, achieving good result, used as the solution of intelligent synergy, to complete the collaborative management platform model.Account Receivable Collaborative Management Platform based on ERPâ…¡can realized by SOA (Service Oriented Architecture), which also explains the feasibility of realizing such a platform. |
