Accounting receivable occurs in the increasingly fierce market competition and it is useful for the enterprises to expand portfolio, enlarge managements, and increase sale and market appropriation. However, The existence of accounting receivable of a large number of enterprises will also affect cash flow, and thus the development of enterprises at the same time. Financing is very important for the development of the enterprises. And the enterprises can make use of the accounting receivable besides demanding it; for instance, the enterprises can finance funds by the way of accounting receivable financing. This thesis is helpful for the readers to completely know both the theory and the using state in reality of accounting receivable financing. Moreover, the suggestions have practical significance for releasing the contradiction between accounting receivable financing and financial demand of the enterprises, increasing enterprise competitiveness, improving the credit structure, and enhancing the whole financial market prosperity.The three ways of accounting receivable financing are accounting receivable factoring, accounting receivable guaranteed, and accounting receivable securitization. In this thesis, the author makes a comprehension and systematic analysis and research of the three ways. First, the concepts, classifications, and operation processes of the three ways are introduced. On this basis, the comparison of the three ways is made, including, the scopes, types of enterprises, the developing conditions, and advantages and disadvantages of each way. Third, the status quo of accounting receivable financing in china and problems existing in each way are analyzed. At last, according to those problems, the author tries bringing some forward pertinence suggestions after learning the successful experience which were provided by the developed countries.
