With the situation of global economic integration process, the relationship among countries in economic, political, cultural, educational and other fields is constantly enhancing, showing an unprecedented integration trade of economic development and cultural progress. Enterprise (organization), as an important part of modern market economy, begins to participate in the global competition and resource integration in the global market. Therefore, the success operation in international market competition of multinational companies is based on cross-cultural management.With the emergence of economic integration, companies are more likely to search for resources with global configuration and optimization, so the operation procedure is broken up and the flow of R&D, production, sales and other activities begin to process in different areas around the world. Although globalization continues to strengthen, self-identity of different countries, different ethnic is constantly strengthened too. People from different cultural backgrounds have different values and behavior. Cultural differences lead to conflicts, collisions and even confrontation in cross-cultural business activities and management. Therefore, the cases that some multinational companies do not resolve the problem of cross-cultural conflict result civil unrest and failure. While Cross-cultural management becomes more difficult, in order to ensure success of cross-border business, academies on the corporate cross-cultural management research are significantly important. What culture environment companies should create, to effectively across ethnic and national boundaries, is a centre topic of many multinational companies.This article discusses what cross-cultural management issues arise in the South Korean enterprises in the Chinese market and how to overcome these problems. First, the article reviews the foreign and domestic paper on cross-cultural management. Then the article investigates and analysis the living conditions South Korean enterprises in the Chinese market. Finally, I try to find the causes of cross-cultural conflict and advices some management measures accordingly. This study, to a certain extent, wishes to rich the content and methodology of cross-cultural management research and to expand the scope of theoretical research, and also guide the Korean companies in China cross-cultural management, improving their business performance.
