The Corporation Social Responsibility will absolutely become an important focus of the corporation's competition in the new age. To a point, the corporation's responsible consciousness and behavior is regarded as an important way to strengthen Competitiveness. Chinese enterprises need an effective management tool for corporate responsibility competitiveness to promote the sustainable development of the enterprises, and maximize the integrated value of economic, social and environmental.At first, the paper analyses the process of the production of Responsibility Competitiveness. Then define the Corporation Responsibility Competitiveness with the theory of corporation competitiveness and corporation social responsibility. Based on the analysis above, the paper builds the Corporate Responsible Competitiveness Index System. The paper uses two-dimensional structure of defense-attacking & within the business-out of business as the model of the first level indicators, triple bottom line as the model of the second level indicators, and stakeholder theory as the model of the third level indicators. In the selection of specific indicators, the paper referenced to international social responsibility initiatives and indicator system, the domestic corporate social responsibility initiatives, the world's top 500 corporates' social responsibility reports. The Index System was constructed by 3 first level indicators,10 secondary and 60 third level indicators.The paper uses the expert selection method to select the specific indicators. In the selection of evaluation methods, the paper uses AHP, fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method and the direct method of calculation.Based on the theoretical and empirical research, the paper promoted the strategy of strengthen the corporate responsibility competitiveness. Combined index system, stakeholder theory and the Balanced Scorecard, it proposed the five steps to strengthen the corporate responsibility competitiveness.
