Empirical Research On Effect Of Intellectual Capital On Business Performance Of Telecom Enterprises

In a knowledge-based economy, contribution to enterprises value created by intellectual capital is far beyond the physical capital. The intellectual capital has become the major driving force for enterprises to gain competitive advantage and achieve sustainable development. Therefore, a clear understanding of the impact of intellectual capital on enterprise performance has both theoretical and practical significance to efficient intellectual capital management and business performance management.This paper mainly consists of four sections:First, part 1 explains the background and significant of this paper, reviews the existing related research both in domestic and international, and proposes research line and frame of this paper; Secondly, part 2 proposes the conceptual model of the intelligence capital and the telecom enterprise performance, and gives the comprehensive performance scores of sample enterprises by factor analysis; Again, by using the intellectual capital of the model (VAIC) and SPSS, part 3 does an empirical research of the impact of intellectual capital on enterprise performance; Finally, part 4 does a systematic review of full-paper, and gives feasible proposal to improve intellectual capital of telecom enterprises.
