Research Based Intellectual Capital On Value Of The Enterprises

Intellectual capital becomes more and more significant as a new growth point of the company in the current economic society. Luckily, entrepreneurs and managers want to make a profound knowledge of intellectual capital considering the value creation after recognizing these. So we should think about more except the conception and the classification out of the company, For example, how to function the intellectual capital in daily operation, how to cooperate intellectual capital with the other factors, how to describe the progress of the value creation, for different type enterprises how to recognize intellectual capital and how does it bring the value-add to the company. All these are problems that need to be solved. In practice, many enterprises cannot give the common consideration to both employment and management which leads the cost cannot be compensated. For example, high-tech companies are lack of management; on the other hand, manufacturing enterprises are lack of talented persons'education. So, it becomes necessary to analyze intellectual capital in order to make a comprehensive utilization of it.Aiming at the above problems, this paper is gong to analyze from two angles, evaluate the intellectual capital totally and separately, respectively. Using calculating example and demonstration analysis and factor analysis model to site the main factors, and finally using the data of the company to evaluate and classify.Base on the mass documents, this paper choose the main direction, the whole paper is divided into five parts, the first two of it is the overview of the past documents, the third and the forth parts of it evaluate the intellectual capital totally and separately, respectively. The total analysis uses the Kebu-Douglas function to make the tactility explanation about the change modulus in intellectual capital. In the separate analysis, this paper reclassifies the intellectual capital and builds a new index system based on the traditional way according the character of the company, which is more suitable for company to evaluate the intellectual capital. In the last part of this paper is the conclusion and suggestions.
