Complex and volatile economic situation facing, the oil industry has been very concerned about the state-owned large people. S oil field in 2011 is a very challenging year. How the actual situation in the enterprise, adjusting the organizational structure,develop truly effective reform measures, accountability and the leadership cadres, the implementation of performance management assessment into practice, is the survival and long-term development needs.M Company has selected this paper is a typical oil production units. Management of the current oil crisis of M has affected the company's long-term development. This research belongs to the case study, take organizes the behavior study and human resources management as the theory basis, take M Corporation as the background, On the company in organizational change appeared in the process of resistance detailed analysis, how to transform the work style, the improvement management mechanism, the enhancement to carry out questions and so on strength to carry on some discussions. Through the enterprise culture, talent selection and appointment, staff training, performance appraisal, team construction methods to enhance the company's implementation, make M company to a healthy and stable development.
