| Venture Capital can effectively solve the handicap of fund scarcity in the development of marine high-tech industry, promote marine high-tech industrialization and facilitate marine economy development. It is a practical choice to establish marine high-tech industry venture capital system for marine high-tech industrialization in our country.Venture capital and marine high-tech industry, which are research hotspot in economic field, are involved in this study. Firstly, we compared the modes of international venture capital, and used them for reference in our country. Advantages and disadvantages of national venture capital modes are discussed at the same. Secondly, current status and limiting factors of marine high-tech industry in our country are discussed thoroughly. We think fund scarcity is the primary reason that leading to marine high-tech and industry separation and industrialization lag behind high-tech. Thirdly, countermeasures and suggestions are proposed to establish the venture capital system of marine high-tech industry in our country. We think multi-means of financing system, flexible divestment mechanism and integrated exterior sustaining system should be involved in the venture capital system of marine high-tech industry in our country, while multi-body of financing, multi-form of financing and framework are included in multi-means of financing system. IPO, counter transaction, stock right transfer, merger & acquisition, share repurchase and clear etc. are involved in flexible exiting mechanism. And good market economy environments, perfect law and rule system, right policy supporting system, powerful technique innovation system and high ability human source etc. make exterior sustaining system. Finally, China National Offshore Oil Corp. gives a good example of application of venture capital in marine petrol and gas industry; it also makes a good reference to other marine high-tech industry. |
