Research Of The Integrated Cold-Chain Logistics In Food Industry

With the economic development and the acceleration of the life and working rhythms, people's need on fresh and frozen food becomes greater and greater. However, our country would lost around more than hundreds of billion RMB for storing, flowing, originally processing and saling fresh and frozen food on normal temperature. Meanwhile, the backward food logistics threatens people's diet. Therefore, it is great significance to study the cold-chain logistics.Based on the theory of modern logistics and supply chain management, this paper focuses on how to establish the integrated cold-chain logistics in food industry. From the present situation and existed problems, the paper points out that it is necessary to construct integrated food cold-chain logistics in order to develop it. Meanwhile, it also analyzes the characteristics of the integrated food cold-chain logistics and points out that organization form, hardware technology, information technology and operation and management technology are supporting elements to build integrated food cold-chain logistics. About the research on organization form of integrated food cold-chain logistics, the paper places great emphasis on status and role of key joint enterprises such as large manufacturing enterprises, large sales field of supermarkets and professional 3PL enterprises on cold supply chain based on the analysis to different food cold-chain process and market. In the meantime, through analyzing the cold-chain logistics development mode of the joint enterprises, the paper claims to search the core enterprises on the supply chains and discusses the cooperative methods and profit distribution the mode. On the study of integrated food cold-chain hardware technology, the paper focuses on such key links: precooling, refrigerated transport, processing and distribution center of fresh and frozen food. The paper also puts forward some feasible hardware technology to meet the need of integration. On the study of information technology, the paper points out that using advanced technologies such as GPS and RFID to supervise the whole process and making traceability true are the core of the food cold-chain information technology. Finally, the paper studies the food cold-chain operation and management technology dominated by joint distribution.Additionally, the paper studies the required supporting measures-the relative standards' establishment of the government and analyzes the harm and key controlling point on food cold-chain according to the application of HACCP.
