Research On The Operation Mode And Inventory Strategy Of Pharmaceutical Logistics System Under The Environment Of Supply Chain

It not only produces a profound and significant influence to our country medicine circulation, especially large medicine wholesale enterprise, but also played an important role in promoting our our country medicine circulation industry into a large-scale, centralization, informationization of direction. In the new medical reform time, large medicine wholesale enterprise firstly upgrade its logistics level to obtain distribution qualification of the basic drugs, then tries to reduce costs and improve service under the distribution condition. If large medicine wholesale enterprise wants to fit the whole distribution with low costs, the distribution pattern and drug inventory will be the inescapable key problems and difficulties. In regard to this, this dissertation starts from the supply china angle with the development trend of new medical policies and the effects of large-scale medicine wholesale enterprise, analyz the selection of logistics distribution system and drug inventory control problem under the new policy of medical reform. It adopts the analysis and contrast method and puts forward the medicine secondary distribution system policy suitable for the policy, then on the basis of this distribution system, using the approach of systematic dynamics establishes two system models of vendor management inventory and traditional inventory modes. Through comparison of simulation and numerical analysis, it is concluded that vendor management inventory compared with traditional inventory control model can effectively control the bullwhip effect. The research is carried out from the following aspects:Firstly, analyse the characteristics of current medical logistics and new medical reform policy, points out the new medical pharmaceutical logistics distribution system under the direction of development. Through deeply analysis and comparison, puts forward establishing the provinces and city two-tier secondary distribution distribution system is the best choice for large medicine wholesale enterprise.Secondly, do a certain correlation analysis on the fundamental theoriesof system dynamics and inventory problem by use of it, and it is discussed and analyze the problems such as supply china management, inventory management, and so on, under the medical distribution system. Thirdly, by analyzing the pharmaceutical logistics combined with two-tier medicine distribution system proposed earlier, respectively established the dynamic model of the traditional inventory management model and vendor management inventory model.Finally, in the given several terminal demand functions, simulated the two modes mentioned above, through observe the system dynamic behavior and contrast analysis, this paper proved the superiority of the vendor management inventory compared with the traditional inventory management model.
