| With the current rapid development of science and technology, the consumption of electronic products shows a rapid growth, leaving the recycling of discarded electronic products as an unsolved problem. On one hand, discarded electronic products, if disposed as ordinary rubbish, will cause severe environmental contamination and heavy metals containing in them will result in a great damage to the environment. On the other hand, discarded electronic products are still useful and can be continually used as resource. The effective reuse of discarded electronic products can not only reduce the damage to the environment, but also improve resource utilization and energy efficiency, which will achieve to turn waste into wealth and contribute to build a low carbon society. This paper, according to the characteristics of some electronic products, puts forward the concept of modular decomposition of electronic products. Through careful study, we believe that many electronic products have modular features and the production trend of this new product has become increasingly evident. In response to this new research area of modular products, the paper focuses on the construction of its reverse logistics network. By applying the modular theory, reverse logistics theory, network path optimization method and Wilson model and other theoretical methods, the paper researches on the characteristics of modular products, classifies modular products in different types, studies on the reverse logistics network of modular products, and provides with analysis routes and research methods. With the purpose of constructing a resource-saving society, the paper analyzes the network building for reverse logistics network of modular products, which is a new research direction. And based on this, the paper studies on how to reduce the amount of waste emissions and energy consumption and how to improve resource utilization. In conclusion, this paper takes the recovery of the modular power equipments in Liaoning province as the demonstration, establishes its reverse logistics network, and analyses the result. |
