As the intensifying competition situation in product marketing, enterprises continue to expand the competition field. After-sale service as an effective means of competition is taken seriously and has become one of the core competitiveness of enterprises. After sale, the company needs to offer post-sale service and keep some spare parts for maintaining in order to implement the service guarantee. That is called service part. Highly efficient service parts management could help to promote customer's satisfaction, at the same time, reduce the operation cost, so to create profits indirectly.Lexmark is an American corporation which develops and manufactures printing and imaging products. After more than four years work in Lexmark, I got familiar with Lexmark's service parts logistics business and found some problems in their managements. For example, high amount of spare parts inventory, low inventory turns and frequent parts shortage. In this paper, at first, I introduced and analyzed the Lexmark's service parts logistics business and pointed out the existing problems, then I stated out the solution from the perspective of warehouse planning, transportation planning, parts categories management, carrying out parts repairing work and building the unified service parts information system. Finally, I summarized the research of this paper. I hope this paper will not only be useful to Lexmark but also be a reference for the other electronic enterprises.
