The Problems And Countermeasures Of Industrial Chain In Chinese Manufacturing Industry

In today's economic globalization, the Chinese manufacturing industry is faced with unprecedented opportunities and challenges. Industrial chain integration manufacturing industry of is not only an inevitable trend of the manufacturing industry's development, but also an effective means for Chinese manufacturing industry to seize the opportunities and cope with the challenges.This paper aims to compare the Chinese manufacturing industry chain system analysis, analyze the manufacturing status of the industry chain. Through the use of industrial chains and related theories, this paper analyzes the respects of production volume, industry concentration and industry chain integration in China and made a detailed analysis of the status of manufacturing industry chain. We found the key chain optimization pharmaceutical industry is the product integration; engineering machinery industry chain is the key to knowledge integration and quick garment industry value chain optimization is the key to consolidation. This paper using the chain of complex engineering machinery manufacturing enterprises as the representative revealed the efficient integration of the process chain and key points. By studying the status of China's manufacturing industry chain we found that the development of manufacturing industry chain exist problems. Chapter 2 introduces the related industrial chain theory, analyzes the foreign manufacturing industry chain. These theories form the theoretical basis of the full text. Chapter 3 analyzes the status of China's manufacturing industry chain. From the total point of view, China is a manufacturing powerhouse, not a manufacturing power. Most of the products are energy-consuming, low-end with low added value. Although China's hi-tech products'output are in the forefront of the world, the brand names are all foreign controlled by foreign. From the point of space industry cluster, manufacturing industry chain space shows the distribution network. The industry clusters in China are mainly in coastal areas, especially the Yangtze River Delta and Pearl River Delta area. The industrial chain coordination costs are too high.
