Research On Stability Of Core Enterprise-led Technological Innovation Alliance

With the rapid development of modern technology, the technology products showed complex and huge system engineering. It required high technology, talent and organizational forms and these requirements gradually increased. Technological breakthroughs and innovations increasingly rely on interdisciplinary and industry exchanges and cooperation. Core enterprise-led technological innovation alliance is a new alliance model which is also at a lower level and hasn't developed rapidly. Meanwhile, by the high failure rate of alliances, it is much lower for stability of core enterprise-led technological innovation alliance both from the theoretical research and practical experience. Many of the stability of core enterprise-led technological innovation alliance has not been properly solved; available research was scattered, lack of systematic and comprehensive theoretical system. At the same time, foreign scholars have no overall research achievements in stability of core enterprise-led technological innovation alliance. So, analysis of the stability of core enterprise-led technological innovation alliance has certain of meaning.It argues that the core enterprise -led technological innovation is to master with a strong knowledge creation and overflow capacity of the core enterprise, the joint number and its related organizations to develop new technology to overcome resource constraints of technological innovation as the goal, formed through a variety of protocols and complementary advantages and risks of technological innovation and cooperation activities, a new organization. This alliance not only made leaguers'more closely, but also made optimality in technical cooperation, meanwhile it provided a more convenient way to leaguers when they made exchange of technical information and technical knowledge sharing. And this organizational form has more control capabilities. After that, it expounded mechanism of stability of core enterprise-led technological innovation alliance by five points: instability from the technology, changes in competitive position, the strength of the change, income imbalance and the weak level of trust. Next, it put forward the stability factor in core enterprise-led alliance technological innovation. It contained these five factors which were the core business factor, non-core leaguers technical factor, communication factor, trust factor, compatibility factor and economic factor. Then through the way of survey, it resolved 18 alliance stability underlying index. Using factor analysis, it concluded and simplified the strong high degree of alliance stability factors, they are economic and cultural factor, the core enterprise technology strength factor, degree of non-core leaguers technology adaptability factor, management and learning factor, intimacy factor, and familiarity factor. These concluded factors not only retained the information of original variables, but also replaced the 18 indicators on the stability of core enterprise-led technological innovation alliance to describe and reflect the stability to achieve the purpose of simplified indicators. Finally, it excogitated control mechanisms which were followed above summarized six factors. They were based on a formal alliance stability control mechanisms and informal control mechanisms. Formal alliance stability control mechanisms included benefit distribution mechanism, technology interaction mechanisms, learning organizational mechanisms and management development mechanisms; informal alliance stability control mechanisms included cultural cooperation mechanism and exchange mechanism.
