Study On Rural Political Stability Under The Reform Of Rural Land Property Rights System

Based on rural land property rights system reform as the research horizon, this paper discusses the historical evolution of rural land property rights system, the existing problems of contemporary Chinese rural land property rights system reform and the influence of rural land property rights system reform to rural political stability. On this basis, based on the path that establishing and improving rural land property rights system, it puts forward to realize the countermeasures of rural political stability. This article is divided into four parts.The first chapter: Introduction. It mainly introduces the research purpose and significance, carries on literature review and brief comment about the domestic and overseas research achievements of the theory, explains the basic research ideas and methods and possible innovative points about the paper.The second chapter: the current situation analysis of rural land property rights system reform. It first necessarily describes and surveys the history reform of Chinese rural land property system since the founding of China, and it carries on depth analysis about the main problems of rural land property rights system existing at present, which lays a foundation for the study of the fourth chapter and provides the realistic basis for putting forward to the related countermeasures.The third chapter: the analysis about rural land property rights system reform to the effect of rural political stability. Firstly, rural land property rights system reform tamps material foundation, provides for system guarantee and the effective population flow mechanism for rural political stability to analyze the positive effect of political stability. Secondly, from the existing numerous problems of rural land property rights system reform , for example, economic benefit disputes, tense relations of cadres and masses, the interests of farmers damaged and rural construction legal imperfect, which cause rural political instability to analyze its negative influence for rural political stability.The fourth chapter: the countermeasures of achieving rural political stability. Bases on the study of the first chapter, the second chapter, the third chapter, the existing problems of rural land property rights system reform, it puts forward the countermeasures of achieving rural political stability from numerous paths which includes that clearly definiting rural collective land property rights, improving the transfer of rural land property rights, establishing and consummating rural social security system, strengthening land compensation system construction, smoothing the demand channels of the interests of farmers.Conclusion is a summary of study comments and review of study conclusion of the article.
