Strengthen the international competitiveness of trade in services has become the main direction of today's international trade development on. Educational trade as one of twelve categories of trade in services is increasingly becoming the focus of domestic and foreign scholars. Particular under the impetus of UNESCO(United Nations Educational, Scientific and Cultural Organization), the World Bank and other international organizations, education break geographical boundaries and developing in high- speed in world as the form of international services trade, which brought national economic interest is obvious to see. Under this background, how to develop our educational services trade in response to international market competition and improve the international competitiveness of our educational services trade is a subject which worthy of in-depth study.This article intends to do some researches to international competitive power of our country's educational services trade, starting from the theory discussion.
