Research On The Mechanism Maintaining The Continuity On The Of The Endowment Insurance For Urban In China

The core of the social insurance is the endowment. Then the relation transference of the endowment insurance is the priority among priorities. On 1stJanuary , 2010,China`s ministry of labor and social security issued a law---The provisional regulation of the relation transference of the endowment insurance in China. This regulation has its own target: it provides many details about the relation transference of the endowment insurance , such as suggestions and guiding opinions. Although this law makes a lot of advances ,we should understand that it is a only newly beginning not a finishing .The main objective of the this thesis is to analysis present situation and problems in the relation transference of the endowment insurance. Then the thesis takes example of experiences and successes of home and abroad . Finally combined the above pilot experience and analysis, thesis puts forward the countermeasures on how to consummate this mechanism ulteriorly .Firstly, the thesis introduces underground and methods about searching , pointing out innovation and deficiency . Secondly, it defines the relation concepts , meanwhile , expatiate many useful theories. Next , the thesis analysis present situation and problems by the way of looking up statistical data. Then we worked over the obstruct elements, maybe financial system is the pivotal reason .Because it leads to conflict of the interest between the local administration. At last, from the angle of view to social equity ,this thesis gives some logical and operable countermeasure and suggestions on how to set up a orbicular mechanism of the relation transference of the endowment insurance.
