During the Anti-Japanese War (1931-1945), the relationship between China and America is special. For various reasons, the Government of the United States Franklind. Roosevelt gave certain economic assistance to the Chinese Government, the assistance in the different periods reflect the different characteristics. The Article introduced economic policy during this period from four aspects.The first part of the article is the overview of Roosevelt Administration's China economic policies, such as the Chinese complex Roosevelt himself, Roosevelt's new deal during the economic crisis and the effectiveness of the new deal, and China's economic situation. This can be said to be a background brush.The second part is the first stage of Roosevelt Administration's China economic policies, namely after the incident of sept.18th, the United States policy: do not recognize the doctrine of public assistance (1931-1938). The Roosevelt administration gradually relaxed the borrowing conditions, increasing the amount and changed commercial loans to political loans.The fourth part is the Roosevelt administration overall aid system (1941-1945). For strategy in the far East international structure, Roosevelt's comprehensive assistance system to China formally established.
