The Correlation of the corporate culture and performance is the research hotspot of the domestic and foreign management area in recent years. However, in our country the study on the empirical analysis of the corporate culture and corporate performance is rare. This article intends for some domestic corporate culture and performance correlation problems go on study to reveal the relationship between them at present ,and it affords reference for strengthing the construction of corporate culture, improving corporate performance, and promoting social development. The corporate culture as a kind of the management method, its ultimate purpose is to make the enterprise persistently and high efficiency develope. This article base on the literature,Starting with the descriptions of corporate culture definitions and measurements,this paper focuses on illustrating the research conclusion and theories about the relationship between corporate culture and corresponding performance. on the basis of the Cameron & Quinn's OCAI scale and Denison's OCQ scale,An corporate culture mearsurement model and scale are established which suits for our national conditions. We carry on some qualitative and quantitative analysis of our country's corporate culture .we treat the four aspect of the Robert Kaplan's balance scale as the index of measuring the corporate performance, Then we established the correlation analysis model of the corporate culture and performance.This article selects our country's different areas and industries for samples. A questionnaire about this topic concerning corporate culture and corresponding performance is specially designed. After collecting 104 valid respondents'answer and analyzing these data,a final and firm conclusion about the relationship between the corporate culture and corresponding performance is reached and confirmed: The corporate culture has positive correlation to corporate performance.This article combines the research conclusion and the analysis of YuTong case , we put forward some suggests to our country's corporate culture research and corporate culture construction. Basing on our national condations, we hope that we can establish an corporate culture which can promote the enterprise's development, and it makes our country's enterprise have an external,persistently,healthy and high efficiency development with Chinese characteristics.
