It has not got the harmony- evel of the real estate markeonly in Shenyang in recent years but also understand the harmony- evel of Shenyang in our country.To the problems of real estate market in Shenyang City and combined with the results of its evaluation of harmony, it proposed countermeasures from the land market, commercial real estate, housing security, service and other aspects .It connsiders hat the harmonious development of the real estate market in Shenyang must make efforts from the five aspects: the land market management from the sound, adjust the housing supply structure, adjust the mode of operation of commercial real estate business, the implementation of service management and protection of real estate of housing construction.
