As a new kind of capital, Social capital of enterprise becomes more and more important to the development of enterprise, it is also an important standard of enterprises competitive advantage. the definition of enterprise capital in domestic is based on relations, but the formation of social capital is more difficult because people's actions become profitable, whether Organizational citizenship behavior, which is informal and done without reluctant, can predict the social capital of enterprises, then how inflect it, based on these, the purposes of article are as follows:how do organizational citizenship behavior influences social capita of enterprise, what is the role of Types of Corporations, at last, the article provides suggestions to these questions for Human resources management.This research combines theoretical analysis and empirical analysis as a entirety, to analyze the relationship between organization citizenship behavior and social capital of enterprises, Specifically:Firstly, this research describes the main research question, the purpose and significance, the frameworks and innovative point; Secondly, through the literature review of the former research, give the study assumptions and the initial theoretical model; Finally, the research applies SPSS17.0 for data analysis, tests and verifies the study assumptions and the initial theoretical model, and then clarifies the relation of organizational citizenship behavior, social capital of enterprise and the types of Corporations.Through the study of this research, we get the following conclusion:there is a relation between organizational citizenship behavior and social capital of enterprise, and there is a certain prediction for social capital of enterprise, Types of Corporations produce little buffer effect, and on this based, this research proposes a management recommendations.
