Study On The Targets System Of Urban Forestry Development Of Zhuzhou

City is the main region for human events, our country at present is in the accelerating development process of urbanization, city construction become one of the very important factors closely influencing the national economy and the development of society. People have to envisage more and more serious eco-environmental problems while cities are developing rapidly; constructing urban forestry system is an important measure for improving urban ecological environment and realizing the urban sustainable development.As a main industrial city of Hunan, ZhuZhou city is a transport hub in central south China and an important part of city groups of Changsha-Zhuzhou-Xiangtan which is the experimental area for "Two-type" society, so ZhuZhou city has great strategic significance of social economic status and geographic position. While in the urban construction process, the general construct goal of ZhuZhou city has been established that is to construct a national ecological garden city and to find the civilization development path of develop production, wealthy life and good ecology. Urban forestry development should play an important role in the course of achieving ZhuZhou city's urban construction goal. Author grasped the developing tendency of urban forestry through extracting experience from the urban forestry construction at home and abroad and consulting the latest research progress of urban forestry construction. Based on theories of information science, management science, urban planning and landscape ecology, also according to the actual conditions and the current problems of urban forestry in ZhuZhou city, aiming at the target system for urban forestry development of ZhuZhou city, Some research works are done in this thesis as follows:(1) Found out the advantage and the problems of urban forestry construction in ZhuZhou by analyzing the urban greenland planning and construction status, and investigating the natural, social and economical conditions of ZhuZhou city. So divide the targets system of urban forestry development of Zhuzhou city into four part to study, that include urban forestry planning system, urban forestry industry system, urban forestry legal guarantee system and management system.(2) Refer to the regional plan of city groups of Changsha, Zhuzhou and Xiangtan, targets of ZhuZhou city's urban forestry programming were analyzed, I consider the urban forestry development target of city regions should be set up by planning index integration of urban forestry.(3) Compared development status of ZhuZhou city's urban forestry industry with other city's, it concluded the component of urban forestry industry and the developing targets of ZhuZhou city's urban forestry industry.(4) In this paper, laws and regulations relevant to urban forestry construction were collected, and reviewed the implementing situation of garden green land construction laws in ZhuZhou city, analyzed and summarized the constructing targets of legal guarantee system of ZhuZhou city's urban forestry.(5) From the viewpoint of urban ecological environment demand and the characteristic of urban forestry development, the management mode and main technological means for urban forestry constructing was researched base on the systematology method, consider the primary developing target is to establish urban forestry management information system, configure department function in reason and perfect management system.In recent years, our country reinforce constructing power on urban forestry and city green land, but studies on the development and management of urban forestry are related to many academic fields, the framework of urban forestry needs further investigation and remains to be perfected.
