This issue analyses the character and form of the public-interest ad in the environment of the new media from the analyse of the frondose cases of the public-interest ad, summarizes the excellence of the public-interest ad under the technology of new media. On this basis, through the survey and rearch of the stray pets in BeiJin, bring forward the design of the public-interest ad about the stray pets. This is to arouse the people's consciousness to pertect the stray pets and to explore how to use the technology of the new media to design the public-interest ad for the public-interest things.
