There is a good development trend of automobile industry in China now. And automotive industry is completely open.This also brought the auto parts suppliers in the highly competitive.In our modern age of customers,to win customers is to win market. So the popular theory of implantation of customer service management can be operated into auto parts supplier system to practice.Hope that by optimizing the service management,Fundamentally improve the efficiency of customer service. Thereby improving customer satisfaction.In this paper,customer service management and customer satisfaction in the latest theoretical are described.It make the giant auto parts supplierthe in China-ZG company as the study carrier, initiate with industry characteristics,analysis customer requirements,Focus on the customer service elements and content.These elements are been together with associated management such as organization, job function, quality of personnel, training, performance evaluation, service process, satisfaction feedback etc.And then find the optimal project.Combing through the comprehensive,ensure capacity and level of ZG's customer service from the highly of system.While,the research results can also be used by other companies in the industry to enhance customer service operations as a reference.
